P-TEC Automotive Ltd are proud to have commenced provision of consultancy services to SAIC by undertaking technical feasibility studies to investigate the technical requirements for a range of cross functional class leading Electrical systems.

P-TEC analysed the requirements of SAIC and benchmarked those needs against the systems offered by a number of Tier 1 suppliers. The study also outlined in detail the implications (including R&D and Legislative) for the Electrical Architecture, Design, Packaging, Test and Validation phases to move the systems into implementation.

P-TEC was in a unique position to provide an independent assessment of the OEM vehicle systems requirements and the offerings from the Tier 1 supplier base, ensuring that the recommendations met SAIC’s business needs.

Through effective use of our proven business model P-TEC was able to wholly conduct this project off-site as a full turn key solution and importantly for SAIC the findings of the study were delivered in a comprehensive report in budget and on-time.
