Commissioned by Bentley Motors Limited and Leoni Wiring Systems UK, P-TEC developed the Continental GT clear-view to show the Electrical Distribution System in its installed vehicle condition. The image highlights the complexity of the Electrical Distribution System through the use of different colours for, wiring harness (orange), fuseboxes (red) and harness ducting (blue). The clear-view image commenced through the export of over 80 individual images on a common axis and with a common light source from CATIA v4.2.

A layered construction approach was then undertaken, with each individual image being processed to provide the necessary effect prior to construction. A final phase of refinement was undertaken for optimisation of the lighting and perspective effect. Throughout the activity, effort was made to highlight the finer details associated with the Bentley brand with particular focus on the grille, badge, engine and brakes.
